Pasta with “Faux-Fredo,” Asparagus and Poached Eggs
Ingredients:
1 box Barilla ProteinPlus Angel Hair or Thin Spaghetti Pasta
1 Bunch Asparagus
1 Recipe “Faux Fredo” White Sauce
Directions
Prepare “Faux Fredo” White Sauce
Start one small pot of water with white vinegar; bring to a simmer to poach eggs
Bring a larger pot to a boil to poach eggs
Bring a third medium pot to a boil and prepare an ice bath
Add pasta to boiling water; cook for 1 minute less than as directed by box
