How to Poach an Egg
Ingredients:
1 egg
2-3 tsp white vinegar
Directions:
Bring a pot of water with vinegar to a simmer
Crack an egg into a bowl
When the water is at simmer, take a large cooking spoon and swirl the water to create a vortex
Gently drop the egg into the middle of the swirling water
Let cook for 2-3 minutes
